Ironic contradictions...

(to my friend Tean-Su)

Along the winding road
Comes smiling
The eastern western
The western eastern
The small giant
Of contradictions

With spirit like hyena
The rowdy laughter
Of a drunken man
Or a happy one
Enriching aura
To saddened souls

But all I know
Is you brought me
A reason to smile
Despite your sadness

So here I am
My loyal friend
I owe so much
You can’t imagine

Now take my hand
I'll walk with you
For you have helped
Without request

My sentient sun
Oh friendly clown
Eastern western
Little giant
Of the western east
Of contradictions
